Tyto syst\u00e9my pracuj\u00ed na principu zem\u011b\/voda. Voda \u2013 zde se jedn\u00e1 o syst\u00e9my voda\/voda, jde v\u011bt\u0161inou o podzemn\u00ed vodu z vrtu, kter\u00e1 cirkuluje mezi dv\u011bma vrty a tepeln\u00fdm \u010derpadlem.
